Respara is a community unlike any other and we want to make sure you see and soak up everything during your visit! Because of that, we only offer guided tours with a member of our leasing team.

Set aside 30 – 45 minutes for your personal tour of Respara.

Over 10,000 square feet of today’s most sought-after full service apartment amenities and available homes during your personal tour.

Future residents can park in our secure underground garage in one of the “Future Resident” spots or any of our guest spots (#4-#28)

Lease Terms & Fees

Yes, 6 months would incur a 10% premium to base rent

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made by accessing your resident portal through the Sentral Life App using bank draft, credit card, or debit card.

Yes, rent can be paid with a credit card through the resident Sentral Life App. Please note that a processing fee may apply.

Utilities are not included in the base rent. Residents are billed separately through Conservice for water, sewer, gas, electricity, Porter and trash services

Yes, in addition to base rent, residents may anticipate the following monthly fees:

  • Assigned Parking – 1 spot for 1-bedrooms and 2 spots for 2 & 3-bedrooms. Additional space monthly fees can be found on the Floor Plans page
  • Conservice Utility Processing Fee – Varies based on usage
  • Pet Rent & Pet Screening Fees – See the Floor Plans page for the current pet deposit and monthly pet rent
  • Technology Fee – Internet – See the Floor plans page for the current internet fee
  • Package Concierge Fee – See the Floor plans page for the current package fee

Yes, all residents must maintain renters insurance throughout their lease term. You may choose any provider or visit www.eRenterPlan.com for easy enrollment.
